Okay... I have about two minutes to write, so I'd better make the most of it. Otherwise we're gonna be hitting up some random drive-thru and them I'm gonna be all upset over the crap I put into my body. I "love" the hustle & bustle of Wednesdays... really I do...but I can't wait for the summer break already, lol. So, here goes...
I made it to the gym for 2 hrs 20 minutes this morning... after getting practically no sleep, so yeah I'm a little wiped out now. Its gonna take serious caffeine to keep me awake for my drive home tonight... Anyhow... I got in 5 miles on the elliptical, 4 miles on the treadmill & 40 core sets. Perfect numbers based on what I figured out yesterday...
I'll write a longer post when I get home tonight... if I can keep my eyes open long enough, lol. Wait til you see my new motivation to RUN on the treadmill!!! :-)
Oh... I could use some super fast, no cooking required meal ideas... because let me tell ya right now I'm gonna be spending all of my "free" time in that gym for the next eleven days.

I just bunch snacks into food groups to become meals when it gets crazy like that.
string cheese, nuts, jerky on occasion, yogurt, hard boiled egg etc... plus some fruit and some veggies.
these are my staples of on the go meals for myself.
oh and I forgot

When I don't have time to cook my go-to meals are sandwiches! Or my mom cooks beans and divides them into 1/2 cup serving sizes. I freeze the beans and eat them when I get ready with a 1/2 cup of brown rice. I buy that frozen brown rice that you pop in the microwave for 3 minutes...BAM!

tomorrow: back handspring - just for you!!
(ok - now I'm lying. I'm pretty sure even TRYING to do a back handspring would put me in a wheelchair and seriously hamper my weight loss for the rest of my life. So please forgive me - no REAL back handspring...)
pre cooked grilled chicken breasts by tyson...prepackage salads...canned soups...whole grain breads and lunch meat...yougurt...granola bars...fruits..these are things I always eat.

Fast....I do smoothies a lot. Highly nutritious and I can pop it in a glass (I have one of those freezable mugs) and take it with me to sip in the car while I'm driving somewhere).
