Dinner: 1 whole wheat sandwich thin, 1/2 cup Slow Cookin BBQ Chicken (Hungry Girl recipe) (249 calories)
Dessert: 1 Bluebunny Chocolate Sundae (100 calories)
Snack: 1/4 C Good Health Energy Nuts (150 calories)
Daily Total: 1,190
June 1st (Food Journal)
Breakfast: 1/2 C 2% cottage cheese, 1/4 C Danon Light n Fit Vanilla Yogurt, 1 C sliced fresh strawberries (177 calories)
Snack: 100% whole wheat mini bagel, 1.5 ounces 2% cheddar cheese (235 calories)
Lunch: Salad with 2C 50/50 Baby Blends Mix, 1C alfalfa sprouts, 1C bean sprouts, 1C sliced mushrooms, 2 tsp sunflower seeds, 1 Tbsp Kraft light roasted garlic dressing, 3 oz chicken breast; 1 serving reduced fat cheez-its (323 calories)
Sweet Treat: 1C fresh blueberries, 1 Blue Bunny chocolate sundae (182 calories)
Dinner: 4 mini oat pancakes, 2 Tbsp reduced fat peanut butter, 1 medium banana, 1C fat free milk (547 calories)
Snack: Part of a cucumber (35 calories)
